The Lookout, Admirals View Block B is nearing completion with the relevant inspections being undertaken. Work is on going in relation to the external areas and landscaping. Please get in touch with us should you wish to view one of these prestigious apartments

We are also pleased to report that the main timber frame structure is now erected to Block A and first fixings of electrics and plumbing is well under way

June Development Updates

Ground works started back in September for our exciting new development, The Lookout at Holbeck Hill in Scarborough. We are pleased to now announce that the development is coming along nicely with Block B timber frames up to roof level and the brickwork not far behind. Once the building is watertight the roof will then be constructed and the first fixings of electrics and plumbing can commence. Block A of the development is up and running with the excavation now complete, the work can begin on the retaining walls and the main foundation.

We are looking for an office administrator to work within our small team. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential. As is a friendly and polite telephone manner and computer literacy – particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel & Access.

Own transport is a must.

The hours of work will be 12pm until 4.30pm Monday to Friday plus extra hours to cover holidays.

Rate of pay is £9.50/hour.
